Account Deletion Portal

In compliance with Google Play Store Policies and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to permanently erase your PrepMonitor account and all associated study data.

🚨 Warning: Permanent and Irreversible Action

Proceeding with account deletion will permanently erase:

Your user profile, name, email, and linked mobile number.
All tracked syllabus progress across Prelims, Mains, and Optional topics.
Your spaced-repetition schedules, revision history, and custom study notes.
All saved study preferences and daily timetable records.

Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by our team.

📱 Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion

If you have the app installed, this deletes your account immediately:

Open the PrepMonitor UPSC app.
Go to the Settings screen.
Scroll down to the App Info section.
Tap Delete Account (red button).
Confirm the prompt. Deletion executes instantly.

🌐 Method 2: Web Deletion Request

If you uninstalled the app or lost access to your device:

Fill in the web request form below.
Provide the registered email used for Google Sign-In.
Optionally provide your linked mobile number.
Our administrative team will verify and purge all data within 30 calendar days.
