Welcome to PrepMonitor UPSC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PrepMonitor UPSC mobile application, websites, services, and accompanying study tools provided by Exosoft.

By downloading, installing, registering for, or utilizing PrepMonitor UPSC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and verifiable information when creating an account via Google Sign-In or phone authentication.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your device and account login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately at eriskota@gmail.com if you detect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

PrepMonitor UPSC offers free access to fundamental syllabus tools, alongside optional premium subscription tiers:

• Available Plans: 1-Month Plan, 6-Month Plan, and Lifetime Access Plan. Features and pricing are detailed in the app's subscription screen.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed via secure gateways:
  • Razorpay: Supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
  • Google Play In-App Billing: Where applicable on Android devices.
• Free Trials & Promo Codes: Free trials grant temporary premium access for a specified duration. Once expired, access reverts to the standard tier unless an upgrade is purchased.
• Refunds: Digital access purchases may be subject to our Refund Policy. For assistance with billing issues, contact our support team.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, database architecture, design elements, visual styling, icons, algorithms, and spaced-repetition logic are the exclusive proprietary property of Exosoft.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for your personal educational preparation.
• You may not modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, distribute, broadcast, sell, or rent any portion of the PrepMonitor software or proprietary data assets.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

When utilizing PrepMonitor UPSC, you agree not to:

• Interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the integrity or security of our Firebase servers and network infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other user accounts, admin panels, or internal APIs.
• Use automated scripts, web scrapers, or bots to harvest data or abuse server endpoints.
• Impersonate any individual, administrative staff, or educational institution.

5. Termination & Account Deletion

You have the freedom to discontinue using PrepMonitor UPSC and request complete account deletion at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in malicious activity without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% syllabus accuracy and uptime, Exosoft makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding exam outcomes, rank predictions, or error-free operation. Users are encouraged to verify critical exam dates directly with official UPSC notifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Exosoft and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
